Oriental Salad

2 bunches fresh Spinach
2 cans Water Chestnuts
4 hard cooked Eggs, chopped
1 can Bean Sprouts
1/2 lb. Bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing (recipe below)

Tear spinach into small pieces and combine with remaining ingredients, except bacon. Crumble bacon on top. Add Dressing.

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced Onion
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Salt
1/3 cup Ketchup

Combine and shake well, pour onto spinach mixture.
