Cajun Ribs

2 Tbsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Red Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. dried Thyme
1 tsp. Oregano
4 lbs. Pork Back Ribs

Combine seasonings, rub on all surfaces of the ribs. Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat for 1 1/2 hours.
